This special "Greetings from Port Clinton" postcard was picked up at the Liberty Aviation Museum and used for the special Imperf $2.00 RILP 60th Year Anniversary Stamp. This is the First Day of Issue (FDC) Aug. 27th, 2026 featuring a single $ 2.00 Imperf. only Rattlesnake Island Local Post stamp. The FDC's are flown off the Island by Griffing Flying Service and then they are cancelled at the Liberty Aviation Museum by the Port Clinton Post Office with a special Tin Goose Pictorial Postmark hand cancel.

Also note, there is no room for the rectangle "First Day of Issue"(FDI) box on a 4" x 6" postcard, so some of the info was printed on the upper left of the back of the postcard.
