Membership is a free privilege that may be revoked if any violations to the simple rules are observed.

To be clear, RILP will be selling new issue stamps and FDC's

as well as past issues.

If there is interest & this site can host it, we may have a yearly community auction of RILP items only and the RILP will keep 10% of the proceeds to offset some of the site costs.

However, much work needs to be done before that becomes a reality.
