First Day of Issue (FDC) Nov. 10th, 2022 featuring the set of 3 perforated RILP stamps of the Lake Erie Island Commercial Vessels that serviced Rattlesnake Island. The stamps were first released as a roulette 24 (R24) style perforations and Imperf. The R24 perfs almost look like imperf stamps. Six months later the more standard P12 (actually perf 12 1/2) came out.
