This new 2009 RILP set of 3 stamps was the 2nd to the last issue from PMG Dr. Frackelton and the RILP. The local post ceased operations in 2012. The stamps were once again designed by Beth Lynne and featured "Rattlesnake Island Around-the-Clock".
