Once the USPS sent the cease-and-desist order to Dr. Frackelton near the end of 1966, he quickly used his back-up plan to turn the current rectangle designed stamps into triagles. This change was approved by the USPS and by Jan. 23rd, 1967 the 2nd issue was launched.
