Hello RILP collectors,
Last year when looking through the old RILP, Inc inventory for errors, I discovered some sheets of peel-n-stick (PSA) 2006 stamps. These are imperforate die-cut PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) stamps. I don't believe they were sold as individual stamps, but rather used in making imp. stamped FDC's. Since this was the 40 year anniversary of RILP, Dr. James Frackelton must have expected a strong demand for the FDC's. PSA stamps are much quicker too apply and don't wrinkle the envelopes like the water activated gum (WAG) does. I have added these recently discovered stamps to the new 2025 catalog and also reprinted the 2006 album pages with all 3 types of 2006 stamps produced. These are the regular dry gum (WAG) perf & imp normal stamps plus the new discovered PSA imp stamps. These were made for all 4 stamps issued that year which include the 25 cent, 50 cent, $ 1.00, and $ 2.00 stamps.
If interested in purchasing these PSA stamps, I have added them to the RILP.ORG website.
Once on the RILP.ORG site, click on the "Shop 2005-2010" tab and then scroll down to the 2006 stamps and after clicking on them select the Imp-PSA type and quantity (single, pair, PB, etc) size of the stamps you wish to purchase. Anyone purchasing these stamps through the end of this year will receive a free new revised album page for the the stamps purchased upon request. Please ask for the album page in the special instruction section when ordering, or send an email. If you don't wish to order through the website, please send an email and I can mail an order form or instruct how to do your own mail by check order.
